  2. I’m from Slovenia, I looked at some video about kettlebell, I’ve been training with kettlebelli and clubbelli for seven years and I’m interested in what kind of training is better … kettlebell sport or hirdstile?

    1. Hi Mario,

      It depends what your goals are. Both styles of training are great. If you are looking to train maximal strength, speed, power, and stability; hardstyle is a great training style. If you already have a base level of strength and stability and want to build cardiovascular endurance and incredible mental tenacity, Kettlebell Sport is the way to go! :)
