20-minute Kettlebell Sport workout.

Single arm lifts on the right side:
1 minute swing
1 minute snatch
1 minute clean
1 minute jerk
1 minute long cycle
Repeat on the left side.

Double arm lifts:
1 minute double swing
1 minute rest
1 minute double snatch
1 minute rest
1 minute double clean
1 minute rest
1 minute double jerk
1 minute rest
1 minute double long cycle
