  1. Lucky 13 is a great yet brutal workout I chose 10 kg and got 3, 5, 7, & 10 done of Swing, Clean, Jerk and Snatch pet arm. All told (do the math) it’s 200 reps in ten minutes I had to rest before switching to half snatches with 14 kg to finish my workoutm Round 13 would have taken the set from 200 reps to 302! a challenge that will keep me coming back.
