Today I’m bringing you a snatch technique to utilize at the end of a 10 minute set, for one of the following scenarios:
1. You want to increase your pace at the end of your set
2. Grip fatigue has set in but you still have time left
While this technique COULD potentially work for an entire set, it’s more physically taxing and works best at the end of a set to grind out those last 20+ repetitions. The best lifters in the world rarely need to use this technique because their pendulum snatch is extremely fast and efficient; however, even Ivan Denisov has been seen using this style on his last few reps when the kettlebell gets heavy enough!
