And the bell went flying…

Despite the weather being a balmy 100 degrees and our gym being packed, we had a good turn out and great performances at the USAKL Bolt Kettlebell Sport competition on Saturday!

KOR had a strong team showing of 17 athletes (our team is growing fast!). I’m proud to say my students demonstrated good technical proficiency with the lighter bells (12-16kg), which is something I impress upon them is NECESSARY before moving up to the heavier weights.
