I've got some exciting news for you!

To  thank you all for following me and supporting the growth of my blog and social media channels, I'm partnering up with Kettlebell Kings and VIKN Chalk to bring you an awesome giveaway this holiday season.

What do you have to do to enter the giveaway?

I've created 4 kettlebell challenges, which will revolve around the Kettlebell Sport lifts. I will release them by email and on Facebook on December 12, December 15, December 19, and December 21. Each challenge is different, and will require you to post a video of yourself completing the challenge on social media, tag me in your post, and use the hashtag #kbfitbrittholidaychallenge .

Three winners will be awarded as follows:

1. The first person to complete all 4 challenges.
2. One randomly selected person from a drawing of all participants who complete the 4 kettlebell challenges.
3. The person who submits the most impressive challenge video, which will be determined by me.

When will the winners be announced?

I'll announce the three winners on Friday, December 23. All submissions are due before 6 AM PST on December 23.
