Kettlebell Partner Workout featuring John Parker

Complete 5 rounds of 5 reps per side of the following 3 exercises: Bent press, Row, and Front squat. Then complete 5 Snatches per arm every minute on the minute for 10 minutes. Sync up with your partner for an extra challenge!
