This quick, effective kettlebell workout can be completed with one kettlebell in the comfort of your own home (that's what I did!).

Complete 20 seconds of work, followed by 40 seconds of rest x 4 sets per exercise:

  1. H2H Swing

  2. Thruster

  3. Lateral Clean

  4. Snatch
