Swing and TGU Challenge Kettlebell Workout
You know I love to throw out a good kettlebell challenge! And the new year is as good of a time as any. ;)
Here's what you gotta do:
Complete 100 reps of kettlebell swings and 10 reps of Turkish Get Ups.
You decide how many sets to break the repetitions up into; try to go unbroken with a light bell to work on strength-endurance and technique, or break into shorter sets with a heavier bell to build strength and power.
Let me know how you decided to complete the workout and either the time you finished in (if you're going light & fast), or the weight you got up to (if you're going heavier & slower).
