Seated Upper Body Kettlebell Workout
Grab a seat and a pair of light kettlebells! This workout is accessible to anyone, including those with lower body injuries or anyone in a wheelchair.
Complete 2-5 rounds:
Chicken wing 10
Bottoms up curl 5 per arm (go light, this one is tough!)
Shoulder circle 5 per direction
Alternating shoulder circle 5 per direction
Tricep extension 10
Barn door 10
