Two arm swing 30 reps
Russian twist 30 reps per side
Round 2:
Bent press 2 reps per side
Two arm swing 20 reps
Russian twist 20 reps per side
Round 3:
Bent press 1 rep per side
Two arm swing 10 reps
Russian twist 10 reps per side
