Kettlebell Sport Mash Up Workout

Kettlebell Sport training is a great way to build strength and cardiovascular endurance with longer sets. For this workout, you will practice Long Cycle, Snatch, Jerk, Clean, and finish with a Farmer Carry.

Workout instructions:

Complete all sets without setting the bells down. Choose your weight carefully!!

  • Long Cycle 5 min

  • Rest 5 min

  • Snatch 4 min (1 hand switch at 2 min)

  • Rest 4 min

  • Jerk 3 min

  • Rest 3 min

  • Clean 2 min

  • Rest 2 min

  • Farmer Carry 1 min
