20-minute Kettlebell Sport workout.

Single arm lifts on the right side:

  • 1 minute swing
  • 1 minute snatch
  • 1 minute clean
  • 1 minute jerk
  • 1 minute long cycle
    Repeat on the left side.

Double arm lifts:

  • 1 minute double swing
    • 1 minute rest
  • 1 minute double snatch
    • 1 minute rest
  • 1 minute double clean
    • 1 minute rest
  • 1 minute double jerk
    • 1 minute rest
  • 1 minute double long cycle
