Single arm lifts on the right side:
- 1 minute swing
- 1 minute snatch
- 1 minute clean
- 1 minute jerk
- 1 minute long cycle
Repeat on the left side.
Double arm lifts:
- 1 minute double swing
- 1 minute rest
- 1 minute double snatch
- 1 minute rest
- 1 minute double clean
- 1 minute rest
- 1 minute double jerk
- 1 minute rest
- 1 minute double long cycle
