Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes (with good form):
Long Cycle 10 reps (this number remains the same each round)
Turkish Sit Up +1 rep per side every round
Goblet Squat +1 rep every round
Double Suitcase Deadlift +1 rep every round
Tempo Push Up (3 count down, 3 count hold, 3 count up) +1 rep every round
For example... the first round will be 10 reps of Long Cycle, 1 rep per side of Turkish Sit Up, 1 rep of Goblet Squat, 1 rep of Double Suitcase Deadlift, and 1 rep of Tempo Push Up. The second round will be 10 reps of Long Cycle, 2 reps per side of Turkish Sit Up, 2 reps of Goblet Squat, 2 reps of Double Suitcase Deadlift, and 2 reps of Tempo Push Up. And so on and so forth!
